Data We Share

This page lists the third parties that receive data when you use Cue, what they receive, and why. We believe you should be able to see this at a glance — for the full picture of how we collect and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Every provider listed here receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Payment Providers

  • Beam and Omise — when you pay for a ticket order, your payment is processed directly by these providers. They receive your payment details (such as card or payment account information) and the order amount. Cue does not store your card number; payment credentials are handled by the providers under their own security standards.
  • Slip2Go (SLIPTOGO CO., LTD.) — when you pay by bank transfer and upload a payment slip, the slip image and the expected payment details (such as the amount and destination account) are sent to Slip2Go to verify that the transfer is genuine. It is used only for payment slip verification.

Phone Verification

  • ThaiBulkSMS (1 MOBY CO., LTD.) — when you verify your phone number, we share the number with ThaiBulkSMS to deliver the one-time password (OTP) message. It is used only for delivering verification SMS.

Sign-In Providers

  • Google, Facebook, Line, and X (Twitter) — if you sign in through one of these providers, they authenticate you and share basic profile information (name, email address, profile identifier) with us. The provider also learns that you use Cue.

Analytics and Advertising

  • PostHog — receives product usage events and error reports so we can understand how Cue is used and fix problems. PostHog is hosted in the United States. Session recording is disabled, and analytics are captured only after you give consent.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) — receive traffic and usage measurements so we can improve our services. Loaded only after consent.
  • Meta Pixel — receives limited event data to measure our advertising, and — only where you have explicitly consented — to show you relevant Cue ads on Meta platforms (retargeting). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Infrastructure

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our servers and databases run on AWS in the Singapore region. Your account and order data is stored there.
  • Cloudflare — provides bot protection (Turnstile captcha), content caching, and static asset delivery. It processes standard web traffic data (such as your IP address) to serve and secure the platform.

What We Never Share

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.
  • We never share more than a provider needs for its function.
