Welcome to Cue, a platform operated by Krueng Kao Company Limited ("Krueng Kao", "we", "us", or "our") based in Thailand. Cue is an event ticketing platform in Thailand, allowing users to discover events, purchase tickets, and check in at events, and allowing organizers to create and manage events and admissions.

By accessing or using Cue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Cue is an online platform that facilitates the sale and management of tickets for events in Thailand. Our services include:

  • Event listings and discovery
  • Ticket reservation, purchase, and issuance
  • Payment processing for ticket orders
  • Digital tickets and check-in at events
  • Event creation and management tools for organizers

2. Eligibility

To use Cue, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a legal resident of Thailand or authorized to conduct business in Thailand
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide truthful information and update it as necessary. You may register using an email address and password or through a supported third-party login provider (Google, Facebook, Line, or X).

3.2 Phone Verification

To confirm that accounts belong to real people and to protect the platform against fraud, we may require you to verify your phone number by entering a one-time password (OTP) sent to you by SMS. You agree to provide a valid phone number that you own and control. Verification may be required before you can complete certain actions, such as purchasing tickets.

3.3 Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and service communications (such as order confirmations, issued tickets, payment receipts, security alerts, and account notices), which are necessary to provide the service. You may also choose to receive marketing communications, and you can opt out of these at any time. You can control which notifications you receive in your account settings.

3.4 Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensure your use complies with applicable laws

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Create accounts using phone numbers or identities you do not own, or circumvent our verification and anti-fraud measures
  • Resell, duplicate, forge, or tamper with tickets or ticket codes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm organizers, attendees, or other users
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service
  • Violate intellectual property rights

5. Tickets and Payments

5.1 Tickets

Tickets are subject to availability and the conditions set by the event organizer. Each ticket admits the holder under the terms of the event it is issued for and may be validated and checked in only once. We act as a ticketing facilitator for organizers and are not responsible for the delivery, quality, cancellation, or rescheduling of events.

5.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, Beam and Omise. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable provider's terms and authorize them to process your payment.
  • Fees may apply to orders and cancellations
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the event organizer's conditions

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Cue, including logos, text, and software, is owned by Krueng Kao or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cue is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krueng Kao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
